Who we are
CSSL Ltd, trading as ClinoVoice, is responsible for the personal details you send through this website. We're registered in England and Wales, company no. 03996773, with our registered office at Normanby Gateway, Lysaghts Way, Scunthorpe DN15 9YG.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your role, name, email address, message, and whether you'd like updates. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. Like any website, our host briefly processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the page to you.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
If you tick the box to hear about early access, we'll send you occasional updates about ClinoVoice on the basis of your consent. Every update tells you how to stop them, or you can email us at any time.
Who handles it
Our website host, Netlify, Inc., receives and stores form submissions on our behalf and screens them for spam using Akismet. Netlify is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and no longer than 12 months unless you become a customer. If you've asked for updates, we keep your name and email address until you ask us to stop.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. You can also object to how we use them, or withdraw your consent to updates at any time.
